Curly Hair Don’t Care

I’ve been getting lots of questions about my hair when I curl it lately, so I thought I’d share my products and give a brief tutorial on how I get perfect beach waves.

My hair is super fine, I mean like baby fine hair, and its naturally curly and frizzy which makes it even finer, so it’s very difficult to get it to curl on a good day, and after years and years of not being able to hold a decent curl I figured out the trick to achieving non frizzy curls that look great.

First things first, I have found that the dirtier my hair the better, I know that sounds weird, but I found that it’s got way more texture when I curl it on the second or third day, which I think is largely in part to the fact that it’s naturally so fine.

When it’s day two or three I use dry shampoo, and either Dry Bar’s triple sec or Oriebe dry shampoo to add more texture. Then I section off small pieces of my hair and use my Remington T- Studio small curling iron to curl my hair I always curl away from my face.
